The Microsoft tech support has advised me uninstall Ghost and helped with the manual system repair, and restoration of Windows Backup. The Ghost would choke on My Documents backup with the message “Error EBAB03F1: OS error 2147754774”, also I found that Windows 7 Backup has been disabled. The problem might lie either with Ghost, or the two Live Updates pulled in after installation.
